Associate Designer - Implemented and introduced the benefits of producing a tween collection; which ended up being the best selling category.  I revised cads to be more accurate to garments.  I introduced using heather fabrics which became a core fabrication.  Created original prints and set-up for production.  Designed all 'candies' and tween product, created all graphics for Sleepwear and Intimates for private label and licensed merchandise.  Created graphics for marketing materials, packaging, logo design, brand identity, collar tags, hang tags, trend research / forecasting, photo correction, 2D store plans and 2D fixtures
